In the unlikely event there is a manufacturer defect or any other quality concerns beyond the customer’s control, please submit an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) request within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be authorized through our RMA process by clicking the link below. Orders shipped back to us without this will be returned to the sender. If you wish to return or exchange unopened products, you can do so for up to 14 days (from delivery) for a full refund or exchange. After 14 days, you will receive store credit. After 30 days, the products are nonrefundable. Mibyshop is not responsible for any shipping fees.
To start a return or exchange:
To Start a Return or Exchange you can click the button below or go to My Account > My Orders > Select Order > Start Return. After 30 days the product is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Once the request is submitted, please allow up to 5 business days for a response from one of our team members. Once approved, an RMA link will be emailed to you with further instructions. If the return is deemed to be our responsibility, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. You have 30 days to ship the products back to us in good condition. Please take care to package the product(s) properly. Products damaged during return shipping will not be refunded or exchanged.
Returned shipments and exchanges will be processed within one week from the time that the items are received at our warehouse. Once approved, please allow up to 3 business days for your credit to be applied to your account or credit card (whichever you selected).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
