We will ship your order via UPS or USPS within 2 business days of receiving your order. You will receive an automated email with a tracking number for your purchase. All shipments are sent by UPS/USPS and are fully insured. Please note, we are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and no refund will be issued as a result.
Delivery Confirmation
Thank you for shopping at Miby shop! You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order is shipped from our store. Once we have shipped your order, we are no longer liable for lost or stolen packages. It is the responsibility of you to provide us with an accurate and current address, as this information is provided to the shipping company for delivery purposes. We recommend that you communicate any special needs to the delivery company such as the title of a person accepting the package or the need for a signature on delivery.
Damaged / Missing Merchandise
As noted in the Return Policy, please be sure to inspect your order when delivered. In the unlikely event that something is damaged/ missing or incorrect, we will replace the item or make an in-store credit towards other products. If a damaged/missing or incorrect item is not reported within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery to your address, it will be deemed that you have accepted your order as is and Miby Shop reserves the right to not replace any products. All original packing materials must be kept for claim purposes. No return will be accepted without prior authorization from customer service.
Limited Warranty
We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. We warrant to the original purchaser that, our products and services will be free from defects in material and workmanship within a period of 90 days from the date of delivery, as long as the product is used within regular use conditions in accordance with Miby Shop's customers manual provided with the purchase. All implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of this express warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so this limitation may not apply to you. In no event will we be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental or consequential damages arising from or connected with our products and services purchased here. Merchandise Exchange / Returns
Please contact Miby Shop directly at miby-musical-instrument.myshopify.com or mibyshop888@gmail.com to request a product return or exchange. All returns must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase (original receipt). All items being returned must be complete and in the original packaging, including all pieces and instruction manuals. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged in transit. When an item has been inspected by Miby Shop, you will receive a "Miby Shop Cash" account credit or a replacement item at customer services discretion. If a replacement is issued your order may be subject to additional shipping/handling charges. Please allow five to seven business days for your merchandise to ship back to you after being inspected by Miby Shop. Exchanges can take two weeks for processing.
